Perhaps one of the best features of water-based exercise is that it's as intense as you want it to be. Our classes are simultaneously challenging for elite athletes and appropriate for beginners. The more you push, the more the water pushes back.
Cornerstone offers traditional water fitness, aqua-spinning, and a variety of specialized training classes geared toward a specific purpose. Our group fitness schedule is updated monthly. See our class descriptions or give us a call to find the class that's right for you.
Most of our group fitness classes are on a drop-in basis - just show up for whichever class interests you. Specialized training courses, however, require advance registration for a specific course duration.
