Class Schedule - Cornerstone's Aquatic Cross Training Center (XTC)

XTC classes are offered primarily on an advance registration basis, except for Orientation sessions and our regular drop-in classes, which are single-session with no advance registration necessary. For new users, we recommend starting with an Orientation session and one or two drop-in classes before beginning a multi-session course. See our weekly calendar for precise days/times of drop-in classes.

Please note that aqua/water shoes are required for all classes other than TRY IT! classes. We carry affordable and high performance aqua shoes in our retail shop.

If you're interested in independent use of the equipment please check our weekly calendar for availability. (The XTC is closed to independent use during organized classes.)
