Cornerstone also offers private lessons--these can be a great avenue if
you're interested in intensive, one-on-one attention, or if you need lessons
on a very specific schedule. Private lessons are more expensive than our
group lessons, but they often yield great results. Working one-on-one with
the student for the 30 minute class allows for greater focus on the
individual swimmer’s skills and abilities. Private lessons can be arranged

Stroke Analysis with Underwater Video
Cornerstone now offers Video Stroke Analysis, featuring underwater video. For competitive swimmers, there is simply no better way to improve your stroke than to actually see your stroke with your own eyes--particularly from an underwater perspective. Our coaches will work with swimmers in one-on-one, hour-long sessions to identify areas for improvement in your stroke technique, help you make adjustments, and see the results. Our camera system offers immediate feedback--you can do a swim and immediately hop out on deck and review the film with your coach.
